Smoked Sprats in Oil

These were pretty good. Not super fishy and might be a good beginner tin for someone who is starting to get into tinned fish. The tails had a firmer texture that I didn’t love but the overall taste was good. Oil was pretty neutral not adding much flavor. Fish was soft but not super spreadable.
